Dr. Jennifer Figueroa is a leadership coach, cultural strategist, and founder of EPC. She works with clients across industries to help them align values, develop intercultural fluency, and lead through complexity. Her research centers on intercultural fluency, a modern leadership capacity that enables people to navigate diverse teams, bridge cultural divides, and build purpose-aligned systems. Jennifer holds a doctorate in Strategic Leadership and brings deep experience coaching in business, education, nonprofit, and global development sectors. Her work integrates insight, strategy, and soul, empowering her clients to grow with clarity and lead with authenticity.
